SilverToday we discovered Nomad Training on a regular Thursday, when Valencia's heat is already cranking up by nine in the morning. The class was at 18:00, group functional training, and the moment we walked through the door you can tell this isn't just another gym: there's an almost neighbourhood-like energy, people greeting each other by name and a coach who remembers your shoulder injury from last week without you having to bring it up. The first thing that stood out was how well thought out the WOD progression is: none of that "just hang in there" business, but real scaling for every level, explained patiently. The kit is simple — kettlebells, ropes, some free weights — but well looked after, and the space, while not huge, makes the most of every square metre. The community is what carries the most weight here: between sets people chat, cheer each other on, and at the end of the session nobody's in a rush to leave. Would I recommend it? Without a doubt, especially if you're looking to train somewhere they know you by name and not by your membership number. You can see the work @apmstone has put into every detail.
